١) قبول الشروط

باستخدامك لعبة «بيت الرعب» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم اللعبة. اللعبة تُقدَّم كما هي لغرض الترفيه الشخصي، وتُشغَّل بواسطة شركة CODAYM (ش.ذ.م.م) — سجل تجاري: 229699.

٢) طبيعة اللعبة والاستخدام المقبول

• اللعبة تعمل أوفلاين بالكامل ولا تحتوي حسابات ولا دردشة ولا أي تواصل بين اللاعبين.
• لا يوجد خادم يحفظ أي بيانات عنك: أفضل مسافة تُحفظ في ملف على جهازك وحده، وحذف التطبيق يمحوه نهائيًا.
• يُمنع تفكيك اللعبة أو إعادة توزيعها أو استغلال أي ثغرات تقنية فيها.

٣) المحتوى والفئة العمرية

اللعبة موجهة لمراهقين 12+: فزعات صوتية وبصرية وأشكال رعب كلاسيكية (أشباح وزومبي وعناكب)، بلا دم ولا عنف جرافيكي ولا محتوى مخالف للقيم العائلية. أحداث اللعبة خيالية بالكامل ولا تمثل أي أشخاص أو أماكن حقيقية.

٤) المشتريات والإعلانات

الإصدار النهائي (0.22.0) مجاني بالكامل ولا يحتوي مشتريات داخل التطبيق ولا إعلانات — وقد اكتمل البيت عند هذا الحدّ بلا إصدارات بعده، فلن تُضاف مشتريات مستقبلًا.

٥) الملكية الفكرية

اللعبة وأصولها وموسيقاها وأصواتها ونصوصها ملك لشركة CODAYM (ش.ذ.م.م). أشكال الرعب الكلاسيكية العامة (الشبح، الزومبي، العنكبوت) مستخدمة بأسلوبنا الفني الأصلي.

٦) حدود المسؤولية

لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام اللعبة. اللعبة أوفلاين ولا تعتمد على أي خدمة شبكية من داخلها. أقصى مسؤوليتنا — في كل الأحوال — تعويض لا يتجاوز ما دفعته لنا مقابل اللعبة (صفر).

٧) إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك التوقف في أي وقت بحذف التطبيق من جهازك — ويمحو الحذف كل أثرك (ملف الإعدادات المحلي وحده) نهائيًا. لا يوجد أي بيانات على أي خادم لتُحذف.

٨) تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط؛ النسخة المحدثة تُنشر على هذه الصفحة بتاريخ أحدث، ويُعد استمرارك في اللعب قبولًا بها.

٩) القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المصرية، وتخص نزاعاتها الاختصاص القضائي المصري.

1) Acceptance

By using "Bait Al-Roab" you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the game. The game is provided as-is for personal entertainment, and is operated by CODAYM LLC — Commercial Registry No. 229699.

2) Nature of the game & acceptable use

• The game is fully offline with no accounts, no chat, and no player-to-player communication.
• No server holds any data about you: your best distance is stored in a local file on your device alone; uninstalling erases it permanently.
• Reverse-engineering, redistributing, or exploiting technical flaws is prohibited.

3) Content & age rating

The game is rated Teen 12+: audio-visual jump-scares and classic horror figures (ghosts, zombies, spiders), with no gore or graphic violence or content against family values. All events are entirely fictional.

4) Purchases & ads

The game is entirely free with no in-app purchases, no ads, and no financial transactions of any kind. If purchases are ever added they will go exclusively through official Google Play billing, and these terms will be updated beforehand.

5) Intellectual property

The game, its assets, music, sounds, and texts belong to CODAYM LLC. Classic public-domain horror figures are used in our original art style.

6) Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use. The game is offline and depends on no network service from inside the app. Our maximum liability in all cases equals what you paid us (zero).

7) Termination

You may stop at any time by uninstalling the app — deletion erases your entire footprint (the single local settings file). No server-side data exists to delete.

8) Changes

These terms may be updated; the revised version is published on this page with a newer date, and continued play constitutes acceptance.

9) Governing law

Egyptian law governs these terms; Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
